Student Emergency Preparedness Packets

Our goal is for all students to have an emergency preparedness packet in the school storage in case of an emergency or lock down. To accomplish this goal, we are providing the following list so that students may prepare their own packets and bring them to school.

Emergency survival foil blanket
Fun-size non-chocolate candy (such as Skittles, Starburst, Smarties, etc.)
Granola bar
Pouch drink or water bottle
Age-appropriate activity (such as coloring books, picture books, sudoku puzzles, crosswords)
Crayons or pencil and paper
Box of raisins

Suggested additions from home, if desired:
Family picture
Special diet snacks

Other good fillers:
Small trail mix packets
Jerky
