Hello! My name is Mandy Niles. I have always loved to learn and to try new things. My goal as a teacher is to inspire curiosity and a hunger for knowledge in my students. Sixth graders are so capable, with fresh perspectives and ideas. I am eager to help them prepare to be kind, confident, and motivated seventh graders.
I am a Salt Lake City native and graduated from Westminster College with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in history. I have been with Canyon Rim now for several years and am proud to be part of a school that prioritizes a well-rounded education that includes drama, art, and technology. When I am not at school, I love spending time with my husband and my son. We like to go to read, attend sporting and arts events, be outdoors, and to find fun, new places to visit.
