My name is Susan Garrett. I am so happy and honored to be working here as the computer lab specialist. I grew up in Bountiful, Utah and graduated from Utah State University in Business/Computer Education. I taught at Woods Cross High School for 8 years then decided to stay home and raise four children. Then I held a 4 yr. old preschool in my home for 8 years. I have four kids, three girls and one boy. Three of them attended Canyon Rim Academy, and one attended the same school when it was Canyon Rim Elementary. I live in the CRA neighborhood and love what an incredible school it is.
I LOVE everything about computers and technology. I especially love teaching students how to use computer programs and how to keyboard. This is the perfect job for me. CRA has set technology as a high priority in education and I love learning all I can about how technology can enhance a student's learning. High five to all fellow computer geeks out there!!
